“We decided to replace the Hunter Douglas honeycomb blinds which we have had for a very long time’ with something new. We now have the custom clutch light rise blinds on our very large sunroom windows.. They do not block out the light as the honeycombs did, but they diffuse the light and allows us to see-through to the outside. We are pleased with the service, the promptness in delivery, and the installation. We definitely recommend The Vertical Connection in Columbia.“

Eddie came out again when we had further questions and specific areas and types of flooring. When we were going back and forth about different options he gladly and quickly sent multiple quotes. He did not pressure us but was always available to answer questions. When we were ready to move forward, Eddie helped us select dates that were good for us and determine which floor to work on in which order. The crew was great, working long hours to get the job done on time. Throughout the installation process they were open to discussion. Each day the crew cleaned up and asked the best place to store the materials for the next day.
