“While G.A. Eberly did not necessarily do any substantial work on my home, I am giving them 5 stars for their customer service, promptness, knowledgeable staff, and fair prices. I had a tankless water heater go out in the coldest stretch of winter. My thermostat (we have radiator heating) was reading 41 degrees. When calling companies on 12/28, I was being told by many they couldn't see me until early January. G.A. Eberly took my call and checked with their maintenance team to see how they could fit me in on the same day. They had a lead technician (Steven) hop on the phone and get information about what I was experiencing, before finding a way to slot me in. Steven even called back about 30 minutes later to offer a quick fix solution to see if we could get our heat back on. Excellent service!Chris was the technician dispatched. He came on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was friendly, helped get a fix in place, and was out the door in no time. I was happy with the price paid for what essentially amounted to a service call, even though he helped fix my issue. Excellent experience working with them. They seemed very comfortabe with my tankless system. I will be calling them again if I need any additional work done...I hate having to call the "big guys" and roll the dice with their questionable service. Never again. Thanks G.A. Eberly.“

“Dexter came out on Labor Day to work on my AC unit. He was very professional. He found a wire that was burnt in half which he fixed, but he also checked the AC current draw of the HVAC outside unit and the freon levels. Mercifully, these were all within limits. Finally, he took pictures of everything he did and measured with his phone for future reference.“
