“I have heard that you are supposed to grow out of things like horribly bad skin well after puberty ends. Apparently, my face never got the memo and we have been in a constant battle ever since. Deciding that I did not want to continue this battle into my 30's, I came to Longevity Medical Spa for help. I actually ended up here on accident for a completely different thing but found out I read the Living Social I purchased deal wrong. Having already paid for said deal, Dr. Baltazar did not fault my ignorance (ie. lack of reading) and talked to me about other issues eventually landing on my major issue: my face. We settled on doing the VI Facial Peel and despite being a little Oompa Loompa-ish for a couple of days and then peeling like a banana for two more, I am very happy with the results. With a follow up treatment of microdermabrasion, it has given me even better results. My face seems to have done a 180 and we are peace for now. With the help of Dr. Baltazar, I have a little more confidence walking out the door and maybe, just maybe, my face and I can finally call a truce.“

“I saw my eardrums for the first time! I chose Ascent because they are close to my home and "in network" for my insurance. I'm glad I did. I've gotten regular screenings from my years flying in the military and I know I have hearing loss. I was seen within a few minutes of arriving for my appointment. Dr. Himler performed a comprehensive screening for me and went over the results right after. She also identified several different types and brands of hearing aids that could help my kind of loss. No high-pressure sales pitch at all, just information and capability comparison. I wanted to do some additional research on my own and wasn't ready to purchase right then, so I left with my prescription and some information sheets. From someone who has decades of experience with hearing exams, I'll be getting the rest of mine here.“

“The staff here is always nice and understanding. They are flexible with scheduling and I always get reminders regarding my appointment. My prescriptions are always sent promptly as well. Dr. Rao is nice. The only reason I give 4 and not 5 is the Billing department. They call you multiple times way before a bill is even sent to you via mail. Almost as if they assume they will have to badger you regarding payment. I’ve never dealt with this at any doctors office, so I was very surprised when I got all the voicemails and had to verify it wasn’t a scam prior to paying.“

“I really like the doctors here , I don’t trust any other practice , ever since my son was turned away at another practice when his breathing level was low, these doctors take their time and really answer all you questions . I dunno why there are so many bad reviews , that is not my experience . The only thing I agree with most of the reviews here . Is the front desk person , she is not nice almost has that attitude of “why are u here”. She isn’t very pleasant to talk to. Last time I was there I walked in she didn’t seem happy kinda gave me a look , when I told her I was here to pick up a paper she seemed at bit brighter maybe cause she thought she didn’t have to deal with me further lol But I try to look past that since the doctors here are great.“
