“Serenity Spa was recommended by a coworker as we were ending our shift at the hospital. I called and was able to get an appointment. I had a wonderful, relaxing and much need massage. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. The masseuse was amazing. I have how to other spas and this by far was the very best massage I ever received. “I was in Urbana area for work and decided to get a massage at this Acu Spa location based on online reviews. Those 5 star reviews are spot on! Clean, Hygienic, Neat, appears to be fairly new and professionally run. Located in a strip with plenty of parking and ample lighting. They had a 5 dollars discount if I paid cash and luckily I had cash on me. Still a very fair price for the overall experience. A small lady called Carrie worked on me and showed great experience in kneading my knotted up upper back and lats back to shape. She used a technique of going deep and easing up pressure on smaller muscle groups and used hands and body weight as needed to alternate pressure. Highly recommend and it is a steal for the price and quality.“

“Our initial experience with physical therapy for our injured son was inconsistent as he was juggled among different therapists who often split time with another patient during his sessions. Several of the exercises were generic and didn't provide a more holistic approach to our son's complicated history. Dr. Jowers took the time to fully understand his history and goals and provided him with the full attention and expertise that he needed to recover. Furthermore, Launch provided sport specific exercises and a comprehensive at home plan for him to take control of his recovery and not rely on continual PT sessions. When our daughter also needed some PT work for a sports injury, we didn't hesitate in returning to Launch knowing the recovery plan would be unique to her needs and the quickest way for her to safely return to action. Can't thank Dr. J, Dr. Aaron, and Launch enough for their help with both of our kids!!“
