“Robert from Caffi Services is AWESOME! I dropped a kettlebell and caused a water main pipe to leak in my basement. He drove an hour away to get the part and fixed the pipe good as new the same day. We were so relieved to have the water back on so that we did not have to go somewhere else to live for a couple of days. I can't say enough about the excellent service! He installed a sump pump battery backup and fixed the sump pump drainage pipe outside to adhere to code requirements. His workmanship and professionalism is impeccable, and we've had no issues with our sump pump or drain pipes since they had been installed.
