“Long Story Short: The experience from beginning w/ estimate, to the end of project, was a stellar experience! Will be my first call for future siding work.<br><br>Long Story Long: I needed trim replaced due to rot, and every company (5) would only give me an estimate for an entire trim/siding replacement (w/out paint included!). Jerry's didn't know this, yet told me the siding was perfectly fine and I just needed the trim replaced. Check.<br><br>They scheduled the project and showed up to complete even though I was out of town, which I appreciated. Cleaned up the work site and only minimal garden damage occurred which is impressive with a 3-story situation. Check Check.<br><br>When I reviewed the work, lines were clean, caulking around windows spot-on, AND they painted the trim?! Mind you, 5 companies told me this wasn't included, and Jerry's just did it without mentioning AND their estimate was significantly more affordable than every other estimate. Check mate.<br><br>I moved here from rural areas where contractors/home services valued their work and gave common-sense pricing, and have struggled to find that in companies in the DMV area. Jerry's is 1 of 2 companies I've found here that reflects those principles. Great job. They will be my first call when that siding needs a change ;)“

“I had to come to this location after work this evening for an item that said online they had a quantity of 4 left (My surrounding local Home Depot's had none) A young lady name Sabrina was nearby to help and I asked if she could check where the others may be because the 1 that was left, the box was opened. She checked in her system and in the aisle, and could not locate the others then said "Let me plug it up, check it out and make sure it's ok". We proceeded to find an outlet and the item was in good, working condition. Then she noticed a minuscule crack on the base of the item but told me how it can be fixed and gave me a % off of it. Because I drove 40 mins from my local Home Depot, I was fine with making the purchase and had a gift card to use. I had to Yelp about Sabrina because I feel like she went above & beyond to help me as they paged her a couple of times over the intercom for assistance in another dept, but she spent that time with me. Her and the young lady at the register name Asia were pleasant. Thanks for providing good service at this Home Depot.“

I recommend you hire them without reservation. Owner Steve Mitchell and everyone under his command are honorable, hard-working, conscientious, responsive, and use their best efforts to do the job properly the first time. As a more exacting customer than most, they've earned my respect and business time and time again. Go get other estimates, then compare the costs. You'll see their prices are always fair, but their workmanship is superior. They do a better job installing products. They clean up better. The employees will look you in the eye and give you honest answers. They are my go-to residential roofing contractor as long as I have a roof over my head. In this last project, they removed old decking material and worked cooperatively with a window and door contractor I chose to install new decking. The attached photos show the attention to detail they paid to my job to do it right. And when I've had other repairs or rare warranty work, they've responded promptly, and addressed the issue completely. “Our 67 year old house had the original slate roof. Over the last few years we developed a small leak that was not corrected by replacing a few suspect slates. Roland Slate advised removing the entire roof on the back of our house and only replacing damaged slates on the front. They also replaced all the flashing and tuck pointed the chimney. “Great work at a very fair price. I contracted them to cut out drywall, remove insulation, and replace the insulation and drywall. They arrived on time, did the work efficiently, and treated my house with great respect. It was easy to schedule and they are flexible enough to work on weekends and were able to schedule the job quickly to accommodate my needs. I was impressed with the quality of workmanship on the drywall, which will make it very easy to paint.
