“We used Quality First Services to fully reside and install all new gutters, downspouts, soffit, and trim on our two story colonial in Catonsville. We could not be happier with the experience we had working with Steve and the installation performed by his crew. “I recently worked with Michael, the owner, to start the first of many projects together. I was seeking a company that could do all phases, starting with replacing 9ft windows. Michael came out to the home to assess the project. He was very honest about what they could and could not do. His pricing was very affordable. On the second visit, Michael brought the manufacturer to my home to assess the custom windows I would need. Both gentlemen were very down to earth and gave me customer assurance in the quality of the work and assured me that they could meet my timeframe for installation. On the last visit, Michael brought the carpenter, Ben who would be doing the work. Ben was detailed in explaining the process and how long it would take. In addition, I had to replace a plastic skylight that was cracking and leaking. I now have a beautiful real skylight. “This company is amazing. Exceptional work and attention to all aspects of the work that needed to be preformed. I had a bit of nervousness in trying to find a contractor for what I considered a major job, after seeing how other roofs were replaced in my neighborhood. From the sales personnel, the roofing crew, to the crew who installed the gutters - absolute professionals. The scheduling time frame was very reasonable, as was the price. The fact the the company could handle all required aspects of roof replacement and repairs to fascia or other trim work, and then install the gutters - made it a simple decision. The roofing crew deserves special recognition for their craftsmanship, care of the property, and work ethic - a finely tuned crew. All the work (expect for gutters) was done in one day, and with nothing to clean up after they left.“
