“I had a positive experience going here for an eye injury I sustained. I made an online appointment and didn't have to wait too long. The appointment was about 1 hour with about a 30 minute wait time. The staff is friendly and the facility was clean.“

“I’ve had the best experiences and care through the MedStar Health system. For my Urgent Care visit, I was able to secure an appointment the same day. Arrived an hour before my appointment time and was still in-and-out in under 20 minutes (that included completing brief paperwork, getting blood pressure with a tech, and seeing the PA). Incredible.“

“Dr. Chestnut has been my Internal Medicine physician for a year. I find her examination exceedingly thorough. Having been a Medical Record Coder, her exams check all boxes for a “comprehensive” exam. Her effective listening methods are refreshing, and her answers to my questions complete and easily understood by a non clinician. “Located at convenient location, just right at route 100, easy from Ellicott City, Columbia and Elkridge. Little to no wait time, they take walk-ins, extremely satisfying patient care. Dr. Khan is very humble, thorough, and compassionate about the patients.
Would definitely recommend this for quick urgent help.“

“I was seen early on a Saturday. It seemed quiet and yet a number of people visited and I must say that adding a single body might be in order to put a balance between profits and people. The attending staff seemed knowledgeable and the PA who checked me did a thorough exam and was clear in explaining what the course of action should be. I like driving here over downtown because of parking, but very concerned that walk in UM clinics are closed downtown on the weekends for those who don’t have private transportation.“

“Only giving 4 stars because of wait time. I reserved an appointment time online for 2:45, and wasn’t taken back into a room until about an hour later at 3:30. I totally understand long wait times in an urgent care but Reserving a time made me feel like it would make the process quicker and easier, I don’t think it really made a difference. Other than that positive review my son has been seen here 3 times twice for ear infection and once for another issue. The doctors and assistants are always nice and the lady at the front desk is always pleasant and helpful. I’d much rather take my child here than anywhere else knowing they Specifically care for children and know how to handle them.“

“The TV in the waiting room was obnoxiously loud. To the point where I couldn’t hear the person checking us in. I have a kiddo with noise sensory issues, and they were extremely overwhelmed due to the loudness.
The physician we saw was very sweet. We were in and out within an hour after making an appointment (highly recommended making an appointment vs just walking in if possible)
Overall, it wasn’t bad, but the front desk should be more mindful of how loud the TV is and how it can affect kiddos and their adults.“

“Dr. Cece, Nurse Bonnie, and all the front desk gals are INCREDIBLE. My husband got extremely sick very quickly, and the front desk ladies showed so much concern and compassion - even checking in with the back to try to get my husband the care he needed. One doctor saw him, and it felt like he wasn’t taking his time to get the whole picture of what was going on. Luckily (?) my husband nearly passed out when we tried to leave - the security guards swooped in with a wheelchair, the nurses swarmed around him and got everything sorted so beautifully. Then Nurse Bonnie and Dr. Cece came in and made me feel so much better as an anxious spouse. They were so brilliant, careful, and thorough - I could have cried from relief. Hubs ended up spending three days in the hospital - they definitely have a doctor and one nurse who need to check themselves, but other than that, the folks here were so lovely and smart. Good job team, forever grateful ❤️“
