“I had an ongoing sewage backup in my outside basement stairwell since last December 2021. I had gotten three estimates; Mr Nelson's was very reasonable. My plumbing problem was that the sewage pipe is galvanized and had deteriorated. It was the original pipe of my 1949 row home, and the main problem with the pipe extended into the recreation room of the basement. They were going to have to dig. My anxiety went through the roof; however, Mr Nelson diffused my fears and worked with me. He and his team explained the entire procedure, broke it down where I clearly understood, and also provided me a status with pictures. This company is very meticulous about their work, and they clean up and haul away excess debris and mud. I am very happy, and the sewage pipe and drain now work perfectly. Nelson will definitely be my plumbing first choice, and I highly recommend them.“
“We have used Joseph Klockner and Co. for four different projects in the past 8 years. A complete remodel of the kitchen and extending the back of the house with attendant demolition , new foundations, electrical, plumbing, HVAC upgrades, painting, etc. The workmanship was excellent. They were easy to work with. Later projects included a tricky roof repair, building a front porch and painting the exterior of the house, and last a combination of carpentry and painting. We understood that the timing of our smaller projects would be integrated into other pending projects of the company and therefore took place over a few months. If you are comfortable with that you will have a very hard time finding a better team for your job v“

They were able to schedule things super fast and walk me through all of the different things that need to be considered when doing a remodel in old town. I ended up not being able to do the remodel, because I was at my Floor Area Ratio Limit (which he explained to me) but overall it was great service and I would definitely recommend them to other people.“

“I've used E&S plumbing multiple times for several issues and they have been great each time. The main plumber and I believe business owner is Eddie and he usually has a helper with him. Eddie is very personable and easy to talk to. He is a straight shooter and tells it like it is...giving you an honest assessment of the problem without over charging or telling you to fix things that don't need to be fixed. The jobs I have used him for are: Once to install a dual valve under the sink to connect up a dishwasher, once to snake a drain and install a garbage disposal, and another time to fix a low water pressure shower head. For the shower head issue I thought it was going to be a larger issue but the shower head itself just ended up being clogged. Eddie charged me a nominal fee to fix the shower head since the it was an easy fix. I would recommend Eddie and E&S plumbing for their work quality and fair pricing. For those people complaining about no responses it is a small operation so the response may not be as quick as a giant plumbing operation. I have never found it to be an issue and I feel I have received higher quality service with E&S than I would with a giant plumbing company.“
