Harrison came out and did a great job steam cleaning my carpets. He did such a good job that I asked him to come back a few days later to clean all the tile and wood floors in my place. Harrison returned and did a equally great job. For the second visit, I also got to meet Grace. They are two very nice people who know what they are doing and care about doing a good job. I am lucky I found them, and will definitely use 200 Degrees Hot Steam Cleaning again, for the third time!“

Matt came and gave us a thorough inspection and explained everything he found and went over in great detail what needed to be done. After receiving several assessments from other companies, with high costs, Keith told me, while the roof was dirty, with spotty areas of moss, he would remove the moss with a soft brush and spay with a solution to keep the moss from returning. Since the roof is also dirty due to the surrounding trees, he could wash the entire roof. He did not say it was necessary, but if it bothered me, he would. I found Keith was honest and because of his honesty, I saved hundred of dollars.“

“Overall excellent service! I lost shingles during a summer 2023 rain storm. Jose F returned my call and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He was very polite, professional and thorough. He examined my roof and took pictures so I had a visual for our discussion. He answered all of my questions, provided brochures that showed the step by step roofing process that he would use for the repairs. He also took pictures of the completed work as well, front mansard roof and trim. He and his team hauled away all job related debris and cleaned the area.
