What a professional company! Pleasant lady responded to my need for an estimate to help correct a leaking problem in our 28x12 ft addition. We had 3 companies over time repair &/or replace the entire roof. Still leaked. Alexandria Roofing sent an estimator who was very knowledgable and he promptly sent an estimate to us. We took another chance with them and are so glad we did. No leaks and crew so professional.We will use them again and highly recommend them.Services: Gutter cleaning

After getting the hard sell from another company that told me I needed to spend $30k on a new roof RIGHT now, I had Patrick Cavanagh out for a second opinion, and I told him I was willing to spend for energy efficient shingles. He told me my current roof still has another 5-7 years left, and he gave me very careful, scientific advice about how to get the most energy efficiency for your money—and it wasn’t the option that was going to make the most money for him! He then sent me a bid that was $10k less than the other company’s. Which I plan to take him up on in 5 years. So five stars for honesty!

Utilized Alexandria Roofing to replace a very old roof on an historic home in Old Town. They were prompt, completed the work within their forecasted window, and they were very diligent with their post-completion QA/QC check and were very pleasant to interact with. Customer focused 100%.
