The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, all maintenance issues were handled within 24hrs if not sooner, the management were always responsive and solution-oriented, and the building was always clean and well kept. Every aspect of living in the Hightowers was streamlined and efficient and we would highly recommend the location to others.There is a park behind the building which is used as a playground for kids during the school day and for sports in the evening but we never found the noise to be an issue, even with our windows opened all the time on the 4th floor. In all honesty, we always appreciated that the park was getting used and it was pleasant to hear people enjoying themselves. With the windows closed, any noise was negligible.“
