When I initially reached out, Jay was a bit occupied with other jobs and said that he would contact me back, and he did just that within a day. “We have been customers of No-Frost since 1990.
Of course our "AC" stop working on one of the hottest weeks in July. I contacted Eileen @ No-Frost she had someone out immediately and diagnosed the coil as the broken part. She ordered the part and when it arrived and unboxed it was noticed that the coil had been damaged from the factory. Needless to say we were going nuts, especially with a new born in the house.
Eileen & Chad made numerous calls for us and were able to get us a new unit at a reduce cost.
