“We reached out to get a quote and found out not only did our house have storm damage, but we also had defective shingles. The process was smooth from start to finish. We chose an amazing color, and the crew was very fast and efficient. The roof looks great. Only thing to watch - we also replaced the wood paneling and skylight. One of the workers was blowing debris off the rooftop and blew a lot of it right into the hole where the skylight was missing and all over my kitchen. Cleanup was solid and fast the next day, and the follow up inspection was great. There were a couple of areas where there was a gap after the installation of the drip edge. Devin came out and took a look, but never returned to solve the issue - so I had to use foam seal to make sure no bugs/bees got into the attic. They worked with my insurance company and the cost for the entire job was well within budget and was very affordable.“

“We hired Artisan Windows to winterize our screened-in porch. Kelly specializes in Andersen windows; he worked for Andersen before starting his business. His installer (Wilhelm) is also very experienced. There were 11 windows, not more than two of the same size, and one door. Everything was accurately measured and Kelly thoroughly explained all the hardware and color options. Installation went smoothly and to the promised schedule. When a defect was noticed in one unit, Kelly handled all correspondence with Andersen to resolve the problem. Courteous and professional. Highly recommended.“

“Malcolm was so great to communicate with. I reached out to him blindly in search of someone that could install a backdoor for me. I had already purchased everything, including caulk, shims, the door and jamb (pre-hung), and the handle. Malcolm reassured me the estimate was going to be exactly what it was when he came out (many other companies would come out just to try and sell me their own door). He came out exactly when he said he would with his partner and the installation took maybe 2 hours. They ran into a tiny issue with how the door I was replacing was hung (they fixed it no issues) and did all the caulking and clean up immaculately. I would highly suggest AM-PM glass.
