We experienced a crack in a large Anderson window that was installed one year ago. I was able to reach a real customer service representative without the voicemail pain often inflicted by large companies. Everything was resolved in that one call, and a warranty replacement was installed today quickly and competently. We remain very happy with Andersen’s quality and service.
We had one window cracked. This was installed by Renewal by Andersen. We called Andersen. They replaced the window. The service was prompt and pain free.The technician was very professional and even went out of the way to fix the Andersen patio door that wasn’t weather proof. Now we have a warm and cozy house for the winter. Thanks Andersen.?.
The caulking around the sliding glass door was splitting. I was very disappointed in way the caulking applied. He just applied the caulk right over the parts that were splitting. It looks very tacky. I really excepted a better job.
