Valorie, the esthetician, took her time and explained each step of the treatment, ensuring I had no issues with the products used. The extractions were painless, which was a stark contrast to my past experiences. She expertly used a combination of manual extractions, a skin spatula, and a pore vacuum hydrofacial tool. I'll definitely keep booking appointments with her.“

“Being a mom it is hard for me to find time for myself but when I do B. Rose is definitely the go to for me time. She is knowledgeable in every aspect of skincare, diet along with medical conditions that will help your services. Her suite is convenient, intimate, clean and accommodating. She has a customer for life.“

“Best tanning beds around anymore. A little pricey. Only issue I really have is when I’m told I have to reduce my time to tan because I haven’t been there recently… It’s my skin so I should be able to decide how whether or not I can tan the full time or not … especially if I’m expected to pay full price… and just because I haven’t tanned there doesn’t mean I haven’t tanned at all… so yeah.. that’s annoying but other than that it’s good.. always clean, staff is usually very nice. I’ve been a customer since 2008.“

“I asked for my thigh length hair to be cut at my hips and the stylist cut it to my shoulders. I asked for 8" off and they took off 22" even though I explicitly multiple times told her where to cut it. I am absolutely shattered, it took me so many years to grow my hair that long. It looks like she hacked off my hair, it's so chunky and uneven. I had to pay $115 for this hack + bleach touch up that doesn't even go all the way to my roots.“
