Few services do what needs to get done to eliminate pests in the home, and that's contract work. They pulled back my stove, my dishwasher, added steel mesh to the holes and other very useful corrections. I have never had an issue since. Initially, Jeff treated my house with the regular pest solution but also warned me that it was not effective to potential bird mites and if they were the problem, I may need a follow up targeted treatment that he would perform for free. “Mr. Sajid is both honest and knowledgeable—a great combination.<br><br>I called about a suspected termite problem, and he identified them as flying ants instead. He inspected the exterior and found areas where separated caulking might have allowed the ants inside. He also checked other indoor areas, particularly below the windows, and found no signs of entry elsewhere.<br><br>He advised re-caulking the windows to prevent further access. Mr. Sajid didn’t push for a contract, unlike others, and suggested I call if the ants return after re-caulking, which I will.<br><br>We were already planning to re-caulk, so it was a relief that no treatment was needed at this time.<br><br>I highly recommend Mr. Sajid.“

After shopping around I had chosen Capitol Mosquito for the job.I have never done a service like this so I wasn't sure what to expect. We do have kids so we didn't want to use any chemicals. They were quick to schedule Hugo to come out to assess and treat our issue(s). We have/had a rodent issue and Hugo effectively identified the issues, treated the areas of concern and was super knowledgeable. He placed bait and assured us that this was a solution that would help. The very next day, we saw that the bait had been eaten and the plan was working. A couple of weeks later, they scheduled a follow-up and what do you know... all the baits had been eaten. They re-treated and we expect that the plan will keep working.<br><br>Hugo was excellent. “Hired this company to do a heat treatment at my apartment in Rockville Maryland and they did a fantastic job. I had a very bad case of bed bugs that had been going on for several months and they wiped out all the bed bugs in one treatment. Afterwards they did a follow up check and spray just to be sure since the bugs had been coming through the walls in my unit. Their exterminator was extremely friendly and helpful during this entire process and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a bed bug treatment in the DMV area.
