I was immediately impressed and felt comfortable due to his friendly demeanor, excellent bed side manner, and professionalism. Furthermore, he was clearly immensely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. It was evident he genuinely cared about providing his patients with the best care and results, and seeing them leave the office with a smile on their face and more confidence than when they walked in. He takes the time needed to listen to all your questions, concerns, and what outcome you're looking to achieve; and gives thorough, honest answers and feedback. He is very detailed and efficient in his work and gives you the reassurance that you're in great hands, which you are! He's so talented and a phenomenal doctor. My mom and I both loved going to see him because of his excellent work/results of course, but also because of his positivity and good energy. He treats you more than just a patient. He remembers and will ask you about things you mentioned your last appointment; such as an upcoming vacation, your job, a move, how your family is, etc. and just really engages with you.
I just saw him yesterday at his temporary practice in Ellicott City, until his very own and new practice opens this fall in Columbia!! Yesterday, I got traptox for the first time and it was a quick and painless treatment, and I can't wait to see the results in a few weeks! I'm so excited for his new practice and will definitely be going there as soon as it opens. Keisha is one of the most personable people I've ever met. She knows how to handle tough situations and make everyone feel comfortable. Every time I meet with Keisha she goes above and beyond. She is an asset to any company and her attitude and teamwork work ethics are something hard to find these days. Keisha puts one hundred and ten percent on every project she does. I am so happy to have met Keisha and appreciate her hard work. I lived in one property that Keisha managed for around 10 years.

We had Beautiful Baths and Kitchens do our bathroom renovation back in 2020, and they did an excellent job. When we followed up with our kitchen renovation, there was no question who we wanted to have do the work. David and his team are great. David is exceedingly patient and helpful when it comes to making choices about materials. His team is courteous and conscientious -- they always cleaned up at the end of the day and made sure everything was back in place at the end of the project. When minor issues cropped up -- and they always will -- David was quick to address them. The project finished on time and on budget and looks great.

I had booked an appointment thru their ig page! It was so easy and quick! The location is right off of 355 in Bethesda in front of the AC hotel. It is also walking distance from the Bethesda metro stop. Brenda was so welcoming and helpful with this being my first time getting extensions with her. She asked what I wanted to do, I also asked her expert opinion and we did a wispy full cat eye which was so amazing! Brenda also had snacks and water in her suite and she made sure I was comfortable during my appointment. It was a great experience my lashes have lasted almost 2 weeks with some shedding but Brenda said it's normal! 10/10 would recommend. Brenda provided excellent customer service and fair prices. The suite was clean, cute and full of snacks!

I've been going to the Westwood Barber Shop every 6 to 8 weeks for about 25 years and have always been pleased with my haircuts. And it doesn't matter which barber is cutting my hair. In my opinion, they're all good. My hair and I always look forward to our visits and always leave satisfied that good service was provided ?.
Been here 3 times now. I usually come in the afternoon and there is usually no wait time. The barbers are all really nice and they usually include a nice warm shave at the end. Very affordable, just remember to bring cash.
Tony has been our family stylist for the past 10 years. We followed Tony from his previous workplace to his current location because we trust him implicitly with our haircuts. Since my son was in kindergarten and now through his high school years, Tony's monthly haircuts have never disappointed. Whenever my children bring pictures of hairstyles they like, Tony knows exactly how to replicate them. We are very particular about our haircuts, and Tony always delivers. He's adept with both scissors and clippers, depending on what is needed. We can always rely on him for special occasions like graduations and school dances, as he consistently makes us look our best. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend this nail salon! I got a gel pedicure today and my technician was very thorough. She even fixed a crack on the side of my nail and it looks perfect. She was very careful and meticulous with the cuticle cutting/filing and toe nail clipping and especially painting and curing the gel polish. I didn't get her name though, but I was watching the other techs and they had the same vibe... no rushing and they seemed to be very careful and thorough too. I am not from the area, but if I lived here this would be my regular salon! It is clean and the staff is lovely.

I had a great experience with Annie today. I moved to MD from NY almost a year ago and could not find a decent nail salon all year. I have finally found a great place that is friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced. The booking process was seamless, the wait time was minimal, great service tailored to my needs and wants and great finished product.
I went to Tammy’s on recommendation from a friend and I had a great experience! Tammy herself gave me a gel manicure that was beautifully finished and only took about a half hour (I didn’t have any other polish to remove). The service was clean and thoughtful and I didn’t have any discomfort. My only criticism is that it has been only six days and some of my gel is already lifting by the cuticles. It’s been a while since I had a gel manicure but I think they’re typically supposed to last longer, so I’m a bit disappointed by that. EDIT: Exactly one week in, and a nail has chipped.

I have been coming to Nail Studio since it opened 10 years ago! I love everyone there and I've always had a great time. Hai has done everything from regular gels to wild and crazy designs on a full set. I got beautiful gold Deco design for my wedding there ten years ago, and recently asked for fishing lure inspired nails to wear on my anniversary vacation to Florida! They do it all! Also the spa pedicure is totally worth it, the green tea option smells amazing. 5 stars all day.

Raji is the ultimate professional. In fact, I followed her from another chain establishment because I trust her threading skills. She's gentle and pricing is below other competitors. I've also gotten waxing services and her hands are the most gentle I've ever experienced in 15+ years. The salon is private despite it being a shared space with other cosmetic professionals. Refreshments are available for waiting guests (although I've never had to wait). Parking is free for first 30 minutes at the lot next door. Centrally located in downtown Bethesda. Highly recommend.

I have hormonal acne and was not comfortable going somewhere for extractions due to scarring, but DiDi did an amazing job with my extraction and made my experience almost painless. I was super shocked after coming out to see my skin had almost zero redness from the extractions, and that I had no imperfections left in my skin! As someone who struggles with acne this was an extremely relaxing experience 10000% recommend !

Lash Cosmo is the best lash place in the area! Always clean and QUICK! Other places have taken up to 2 hours to do a lash lift+tint but lydia does it beautifully in 45 mins! Lydia always makes the experience pleasant and welcoming which always keeps me coming back!

Ray is a top rate artist and a really good guy, and is highly skilled in design, line work and exceptional at shading. I went to see Ray after a middling experience from a well-known DC artist for a full sleeve. Ray was able to completely transform my half-done sleeve to a true work of art that is seamless in flow. Prior, it was not well connected, line work was uneven and collapsing in some area and the shading was not cohesive.
Ray pulled it together completely and I absolutely love what he did. I recommend him completely and without hesitation. And for those that think you’ve got to go DC for a top end tattoo you don’t. Hit Ray up. He is the best in the DMV.

We were down to one fob for my Infiniti, and have a 16 year old who is about to start driving, so needed a back up. I reached out to David on a Wednesday. He came to our house in Bethesda on Saturday morning, and cut and programmed two new keys in under an hour. The cost was less than 1/3 of what the dealer wanted. So easy, and he really seems to know what he is doing. Strongly recommend!

I hired maids prime to do a move out clean for me. The place was in shambles after I had moved and it most definitely needed a deep clean after three years of living in the same unit. They were there early and they spent three hours completely cleaning every surface of that apartment. I wasn’t there for the clean, but when I went back to do my final walk-through I saw it and even my property manager said what an unbelievable job they did. She said that she had never seen a unit so clean at a move out inspection. I also had an arrival time of 2 to 5 PM. That was a huge gap and I had a million other things to do that day. I reached out to the email and they stayed in contact with me until the maids arrived. I think it’s took them 10 to 15 minutes to respond to me when I asked if they had a better estimate on when they would be there. I will absolutely be using them again for my new house.
Setting up an estimate to have waterproof vinyl plank flooring was very easy, Jidlaf walked me through the process, provided a thorough estimate and also met me at the flooring store to set up my order. He provided recommendations and was available for any follow up questions and very responsive via text. Installation took only one day for 635 square feet (including a stairwell) and the installation crew was respectful and also asked me questions regarding certain aesthetic details on how I wanted the flooring installed. I was easily able to be refunded for excess materials and Jidlaf was available to address any follow up questions after the flooring was installed. Highly recommend!

Santiago and the team at Quick Remodels did a wonderful job on our home renovations! Our projects were small (bathroom floor tile, painting bathroom vanity, kitchen backsplash, two floating shelves, and removal of fluorescent kitchen light). All we're done quickly and with care. It was a great experience and we hope to use them again for future projects!
Henry and Matt did a great job on our skylight. We had it framed out on the inside and they were able to quickly install the exterior part. They were prompt, friendly, reasonably priced and thoughtfully answered our questions. The skylight is working great and they even turned it into a hatch so we can access the roof. We've hired Mason and his team for two separate projects, both bathroom renovations. They did a fantastic job doing all of the following:- demoing everything- replacing drain lines- reframing- new insulation- adding a window / outside framing- adding a sun tunnel- custom niche construction out of marble- tile work (shower flower & walls, tub wall, main floor)- new electrical / fans- new component installation- paintingThe only problems I had were with the suppliers (which is on me -- we picked out all our interiors ourselves). If I had it to do over again, I would make sure every piece of tile was in my house before the job starts. I would not accept tracking numbers or even a phone call assurance that the pieces have arrived. But once we had everything, it went flawlessly.
Andrew did a great job replacing my wood deck with composite decking. He also power washed my patio and concrete steps and put stain on a couple railings. Tom was very easy to work with and sent me an estimate quickly. Deanwood Decks prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend Deanwood Decks and a great experience.
Highly recommend. Last year we had CH rebuild our front steps and put in a side and back patio. The work looks great and so far has held up. We asked them to pick stone for the walkway that matched our front porch and they did a great job. I was pretty indecisive, but Chris was very patient and flexible. Also communication was very good and the quote was a tad under two others we got. We'll use them again if we ever need more work.

Nancy was a true visionary, listening to our thoughts and ideas and putting them to paper. She recommended great materials that both looked nice and stayed within our budget. I contacted Fred Home Improvement to help with water seeping into our apartment from the balcony. The subfloor and floor tiles were badly buckled. They examined the patio doors, lifted pavers from the balcony, examined the condition of the liner, and drain. They were able to diagnose the problem and recommend a tiered approach for fixing the problem (being sensitive to costs), while also explaining their thought process so that I understood exactly what was being proposed.The people I worked with were professional, polite, and responsive. I couldn't ask for more!
I wish that I had a dentist and team this amazing when I was growing up! I didn’t, and I am revisiting years of dental trauma because of it, ?, but my kids will never experience that because Dr. Derek and the entire office is amazing. Run don’t walk to get your children signed up for this amazing dental experience so that they will go through life as lovers of the dentist as opposed to how most of us probably grew up, in perpetual fear. I believe my hygienist name was Brittany but she made me feel so relaxed and asked really great questions prior to cleaning my teeth. Thanks to her, the cleaning process was a breeze as she placed a numbing solution on a sensitive tooth before she started. She also recommended a great dry mouth cleanser based on my symptoms. As most people know, going to dentist can be a pretty frightening experience but the team at Bethesda Family Dentistry makes it all worthwhile and comfortable! Oddly enough, I now look forward to my dentist visits!

I have been seeing chiropractors for over 30 yrs. I started seeing Dr. Gardener about a year ago and he has changed the way I look at chiropractic care. Steve's method seemed a bit hippy, dippy at first, but I am experiencing a real change in my back/body. I stand straighter and am more comfortable. Steve's practice is a whole body and mind approach and it has really made a difference for me. Instead of just pushing my body into the position it needs to be in (which was often painful), I have learned how to put my body into the position it should be in whenever I feel a twinge. It is hard work but I love it. I still see Steve regularly and I continue to learn about myself and how I can affect changes in my body that allows me to live without pain in my back, neck and hips. Very different style of chiropractic but it works for me and I am forever grateful!
I am well versed with chiropractors. My dad and many other family members were chiropractors. Dr. Bruno really knows what he is doing and is a gentle adjuster, which I have appreciated as I have "matured." He is smart and personable, as are his staff.
The doctor was phenomenal, inspiring great confidence with his knowledge, attention to detail, and listening skills. He was also quite affable. The office staff were similarly amazing...and very accomodating and attentive. They liked their jobs and working for this office. You could tell. I was very impressed. Medical excellence and a well run office, what more could you want?

What a beautiful office! The front desk staff and in-room staff are so friendly and attentive. Dr. Shah was very clear and patient in explaining all the treatments I was interested in. I moved forward with botox and under-eye filler. What a breeze! I have been treated with under-eye filler before but what a difference in provider! She was very gently and I hardly felt a thing! I also consulted with her about my under-chin fat and she recommended the CoolMini which has less downtime than Kybella. Can't wait to see my results in the next few weeks with the Botox and Filler. Dr Green is amazing. I came to him looking for a dermatologist after my previous doctor left for another state. Dr. Green comes highly recommended among my friends and family. Over the years I have seen him for numerous skin issues and he has never been pushy. He Always listens and takes his time to make sure that I understand any procedure. He educates me on my health and on procedures which I value and respect him for. He treated me for scelotherapy and my once blue veins are now vibrant and smooth. Recently I came to when I had a sudden allergic reaction after seeing 3 doctors who could not diagnose me. He was the Only doctor who knew what it was as soon as he saw me. When injecting injectable's he's super gentle and takes his time to create symmetry on your face. He only recommends what you need and ethical in that regard. Over the years I have come to see him as a dad who is looking out for me to make sure I am healthy and happy. His staff is also super nice and so polite which is unusual for many doctors office these days. They always accommodate me and my crazy schedule and are always eager to make my skin healthy. I've been attending Shauna Simon's new yoga studio in the Glen Echo Shopping Center since it opened about a year ago. It's always a delight to enter the warm, friendly space, where there is a small shop selling everything from yoga clothing to beautiful artwork. The studio itself is spacious with a wall of windows looking out on nature, soothing lavender walls and clean, bright floors. Shauna has a wide variety of yoga props that can be used, so you don't have to bring your own. I love Shauna's Super Gentle Yoga Class, which is attended by a group of ten or so folks of different ages. The studio has numerous other offerings taught by excellent teachers who lead classes in Pilates, Zumba, Reiki and more. There are classes for all levels, and the instructors are superb.

Upon looking at the website Yelp provides, I see very little information about the business. So where is what I found. This is a European style of massage which is safe to say will be nude without a draping cover. Granted you can get a towel if you ask for one, but remember, Europeans are less prudish about nudity and this is a European Massage. The cost of doing business at massage places has gone up with the cost rise of inflation. Massage use to be $70 to 100+ back in the early 90's. Then I noticed the price drop down to $55.00 an hour. The cost for doing business with Julia is $160 with tip rounding up to $200.00. The price isn't listed on the website, because Julia prefers to get to know her clients first. Julia might hate me for explaining this, but I feel one should know what the cost of business is up front. Then guest will know what their falling for. If you dare to do this, she'll be coming at you like a dark horse. It's the perfect storm. Julia was all business when I talked to her on the phone. It also gave me the impression she was with a client. I believe she is a one woman show and she works alone. I can appreciate that, because I work alone too. so there isn't 4 hands massage or body scrub/shampoo according to Julia. Nevertheless, I hope to make an appointment with Julia when my work schedule goes back to normal. I will then be able to write a review on the masssge experience.

Eleni is a very talented massage therapist and a very caring person. She has extensive knowledge of the body and the connection of different muscles, tissues, and organs. I came to her in great physical pain and she relived me of a lot of my aches and placed me on the road to recovery. She even let me borrow her bamboo pillow to help my neck. She has a lot of skills in her tool chest, like trigger point therapy and reflexology, which not a lot of massage therapists can do. She is well connected in Bethesda and is able to refer to specialists as needed for additional treatment. She even made a few calls to help me schedule appointments when I needed help, She always makes me a cup of tea or gives me something to drink after sessions. She calls to check in and is non-judgmental. I really appreciate her and I am grateful that in this corporatized world and a wellness industry that has become nothing but investor-backed, people like Eleni still exist.

Back when I was living in Maryland, I would go here once a week for PT to help out with ongoing sports injuries that I had from football & rugby. And let me tell you, it was incredibly helpful!! After each session I had with Elizabeth (Liz) Karhl, I always left feeling better with looser muscle tissue, additional bone mobility & better physical range of bodily motion. Having been to several different PT providers in Maryland, it is my opinion that Precision PT is the best. I think this because I saw Liz after seeing a doctor about my shoulder injury, and when the doctor said everything looked good (it didn't feel that way at all), Liz was able to diagnose the actual cause of my shoulder pain, and through manual treatment, help fix the issue. My orthopedic surgeon recommended that I see Xiaoming Tian before undergoing a surgical procedure to correct a pinched sciatica nerve in my left leg that left me unable to walk well. After six sessions, Dr. Tian corrected the problem, and I was able to avoid surgery. I can walk pain free seven months and counting after the treatments. I have pinched nerves in other locations since my treatments and Dr. Tian has been able to relieve the symptoms. Xiaoming Tian is a caring person and is highly competent.
I called Practitioner/Dr. Hong Lin after a hellish week of pain with inflammation behind my knees and slightly in my ankles. After being (quite frankly) dismissed and talked down to, at urgent care, Dr. Hong was incredibly thoughtful in her consultation and took time to listen to me and ask about my symptoms. I was lucky to schedule a same day appointment, and she was very gentle with the treatment, taking my lifelong fear of needles into consideration, too. I went for a second session, and the pain management and relief were instantaneously apparent.

A friend recommended that I consult Don Diggs for accupuncture treatment of my plantar fasciitis. I was leery of starting cortisone shots with my MD, especially with the warning that tendons can become more brittle that way. With five accupuncture treatments now, I am down from a 9/10 on the pain scale to about a 1 or 2. There are days I don't feel it at all. I am really grateful for the combination of accupuncture and e-stimulation. I also appreciate Don's advice about a few exercises tostrengthen the the area.
