Not only was she warm and welcoming, but she also happened to be my instructor for the session. Chellis guided me through everything—from wrapping my hands and nailing the perfect stance to executing strong punches and mastering proper kicking form. I was having so much fun that the time just flew by! By the end, I left the studio sweaty, energized, and so proud of what I’d accomplished. I can’t wait to come back for more!“

As a 65-year-old looking to stay fit, I was a bit apprehensive about continuing my fitness journey with a personal trainer, but Marvin has completely changed that. He truly is a gentle giant—his approach is attentive and supportive, yet you can tell he means business when it comes to your results.
What I appreciate most is his professionalism. He never resorts to the loud yelling or over-the-top motivation that some trainers do. Instead, he creates a positive atmosphere where I feel encouraged to push myself without feeling pressured.
Marvin is incredibly understanding. There have been times when I’ve fallen off the wagon, but he never makes me feel guilty. Instead, he listens and encourages me to pick right back up where I left off. His support is invaluable, and he always reminds me that it’s about progress, not perfection.
What’s more, Marvin has never once made me feel limited by my age. Instead, he encourages me to go after what I want and truly soar with the eagles. His belief in me has made a world of difference in my motivation and self-confidence.

I’ve been a client for over 10 years and can honestly say this is the best training experience I’ve seen or experienced. The approach to total health and movement is refreshing and Lisa’s ability to navigate in person and virtual settings across multiple clients of diverse backgrounds is incredible. You get a tailored approach to exercise including strength, movement, nutrition, etc at all ages and medical backgrounds and fitness levels. She’s able to do virtual and in person sessions and is extremely cost effective. I’ve learned so much about how to appropriately move and handle my body while building strength and flexibility and getting tailored plans that suit my schedule. She’s flexible and personal and the studio offers so much for so many people - I highly recommend.“

Ms. Leila made sure the children were engaged with eachother, had fun and learned something. They traveled by metro bus and train. Sites visited(building museum,zoo,library,pool,DPR basketball court, Spy museum, Tech Tuesday class at the Apple Store, Childrens Museum, and the Word display museum just to name a few. She is still talking about how she learned to jump rope;). The class sizes were small and the atmosphere felt like you were part of a family. ?. It provides two type of membership one is approx 10$ cheaper per month, it suitable if you are late evening goer.“

Larry was very friendly, easy-going, dependable and knowledgeable about his craft. The gym itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a lot of great equipment. The skill level of lifters ranges from expert to novice and all are clearly welcome. I was completely comfortable in each of my sessions and the gym itself was perfect for focusing on the workout.It was a very pleasant experience and Joe and his team were very professional. Personal circumstances forced me to put a pause on my training, but the team was understanding and I will be back in the future.“

“Even when I broke my metatarsal and toe, and had to wear a boot, Carlos Dukes created an appropriate, challenging personal training session for me. I first worked out with Carlos in 2009, and have continued to learn more and to find more and more challenging exercises that made me stronger and enhanced my balance and stability. I have also taken his Kettlebell TRX, Kettlebell 1 and Core/Stability classes. He's built a community of people who take his classes and train with him. They have varying abilities and he trains older, younger, and in between aged clients. Carlos is always watching you; he notes how you're doing--what you might improve, how you're holding a kettlebell or working on the TRX. This means that he's very concerned about safety. You can work out with Carlos and know that you won't injure yourself, will proceed at an appropriate pace, and change your workouts so that you're always engaged. During our COVID 19 shutdown, he's providing zoom classes and training. So, you need not feel that you've lost your workout rhythm. Thank you, Carlos!!“
