“The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Plus, there was essentially no wait time once in office, I was seen as soon as I walked in the door. However, their schedule wasn't very accommodating for a sick visit (cough) and a routine vaccination appointment that I had scheduled was canceled with minimal notice via a very long confusing text. They gave me one time slot as an alternative, which didn't work. Overall, I'd come back but client communication and scheduling could be improved.“

“It’s always nerve wracking choosing the right vet, so I feel very lucky that I found Doc Side when I moved to the city. I have had nothing but positive experiences with them and am continually grateful for the care and support they show my precious pets. I’ve been to Doc Side for all sorts of things now— check ups, illnesses, an emergency visit, even anal gland expression on a cat (yikes!). They have always handled our appointments with grace, patience, creativity, and compassion.

I will admit they are a tad pricier than some other options, but not by much, and you get what you pay for. There have been a few times where I’ve called for guidance which they provided on the phone without urging me to come in for appointment. They have also matched a competitor’s medication price for me.

We’ve seen Dr. Tierney, Dr. Coughlin, and Dr. Peterson and have always been impressed by their quality of care. Additionally, the vet techs and support staff have consistently been phenomenal. I get anxiety over my cat’s health, and the staff do just as much for me as they do for them! You are in excellent hands with DocSide.“

“Rosedale Vet is the best! Dr. Sue Reiter has been our Vet for years, and has helped us so much with our previous dog Buster, and now Sadie. She is incredibly caring, knowledgeable, and works diligently to find a cause and answer to the health issue. “We woke up at 9 this Sunday morning to find our Jardine parrot Jordan had managed to chew open a steel toy chain ring, and it was stuck on his lower beak. The closest emergency vet to us is Annapolis, but they told us they don't treat parrots and told us to call Falls Road. Dorothy answered and told us to bring him right in. It was a 45 minute drive, hoping and praying they'd be able to remove the chain but expecting they'd need to anesthetize him. Dorothy took him straight back when we arrived and we anxiously sat in the waiting room. Not five minutes later, Dr Bloom came out with a chain-free Jordan perched on her hand! They were able to cut it off without putting him under. When we got him home, he ate, drank, and then climbed to his sleeping perch for a well-deserved nap. We are so relieved and grateful.“
