“Decided to get a pedicure at Luminous Nails , surprised that it was not busy. It is located in The Festival in Bel Air , Maryland. The shop was open and clean, staff were so friendly. My nails turned out great without the extra cost. The last shop in Bel Air charged extra for everything, and I felt like an outsider when I am sitting in the shop when a regular comes into the shop.
