So today I unfortunately was scammed by someone on Instagram who portrayed themselves to be a tattoo artist. I paid a deposit and even confirmed an appointment with an individual who apparently has done this to several others. Little did the scammer know by giving me the address to this tattoo parlor they would be saving my day! Mike did an absolutely amazing job of doing everything he could to rectify this situation for me and even did this awesome tattoo for me! After coming from Triple Crown tattoos in Towson, Read Street Tattoos was a breath of fresh air. The front desk woman was extremely helpful and super kind overall. Two artists I met, Matt and Andy, we're more than accommodating in doing my friend and I's tattoos. I had Andy as my artist and I want to express how gentile he is with his machine. It was effortless for me to sit there and get my tattoo done. I felt nearly nothing in comparison to other artists I've been tattooed by. I came to Charlie and Read Street through the recommendation of a friend to get my first tattoo. I am BEYOND thankful that Charlie was the one I worked with for this! The whole process was fully collaborative and Charlie made sure that I was happy with everything at every step of the process.He never made me feel unsure or silly, and his attitude was exactly perfect to alleviate the nerves I had going in. He was personable and friendly and the 2-hour process was like hanging out with a friend... albeit with a little more ouch, haha.I just got done yesterday and am already ready for more!Service: Tattoos
