Bob the owner provided by far the best customer service I ever had from a construction supply place. I had gotten another fence supplier to build a chain link gate for our business, took 3 weeks to get and it was wrong, 3 more weeks and they refused to fix it. Called Maryland fence told them my issues I had with their competition. Told them I needed a gate made and I needed it now. I asked how long it would take to get. I was told tomorrow. So literally in 24 hours bob took my order and built my gate, we pick it up and installed it. Can not ask for a better turn around time. Btw it was a 10' tall, 20' wide gate that weight 570 lbs. Not a easy gate to build....read full review
