Glad we went with Ergeon for building our new fence! They were very communicative throughout the process, responded to all questions, and overall made the process very easy. They were also much less expensive (and more responsive and straightforward) than other contractors we contacted. The fence itself looks perfect and the construction was completed quickly. After sitting on the phone all day getting fence installation estimates, I’d almost given up on finding a company that met my needs. Ergeon was one of the last companies I found, and they ended up being the best. I submitted my information online and promptly received an email from Customer Specialist George Portillo. We set up a video call and George went to work. George asked me to walk him through my wants and needs while showing him the layout of my backyard. He quickly pulled up a satellite view of my house/yard and perfectly presented exactly where the fence would be installed based on the information I provided. We are very pleased with the whole process of our fence installation. From first contact to the end product. Price was very competitive. We wanted to change our order, and supply for the change was difficult. But the installers and Diana worked with us until we were well satisfied! Every step of the way was very communicative with Diana. She was very personable and understanding. The installers were so professional, efficient, hard working and clean up after was excellent.
