“After several years searching for a great hair stylist and colorist, I am SO happy that I found Candace, the owner of Charm City Hair Studio. I've been coming here now for a couple of years, and won't go anywhere else (so please don't move Candace!). She does such an amazing job with my hair color and cut, and the prices are very reasonable too! And she is warm and friendly, and really listens to what I'm looking for. The pictures below are from today: I was growing out my lighter blonde "summer hair" which had turned a bit yellow, and I asked Candace for something more blended and natural, a bit cooler but not ashy, and lots of dimension. I think she hit the nail on the head. Highly recommend!“
