Fred Cousins of Cousins Plumbing is a true pleasure to work with. We have used Cousins Plumbing for both emergency and planned projects. Each emergency he was here within a short time, assessed the situation and made all the necessary repairs the same day. No service fee for diagnosing the problem. Very reasonable rates. Very professional, and reliable. Also like that he is a local, small business we can count on.

I had an emergency with a bathroom sink and found him online and called. He was here within 20 minutes to diagnose the issue. He was friendly, didn't seem to judge my poor DIY attempt to fix the problem, and he offered to come back first thing in the morning after picking up a necessary part from a plumbing supply store.
