“Committing to my first major renovation project as a new homeowner I was understandably nervous, however, Evail and his team at EAD Contractors were quick to alleviate those fears. He really listened to me during the design phase to ensure that we were going to build what I wanted. He even helped me find an engineer for the necessary drawings. They were able to get the necessary permits from DCRA and answer all their questions. There was an issue with the project due to the weather, and Evail came out on Christmas day to address it! I was extremely satisfied the basement stairs and entry that they built. When it was time to pay the bill, everything was straight forward and as promised in the beginning. “Marlin and his team just completed our kitchen and bathroom remodel. They did an excellent job--both rooms now look terrific. Marlin's full-service team (plumbing, electrical work, tiling, cabinet installation) were extremely efficient, timely, professional, and overall terrific to work with. We have an older home, and the refinished and painted walls have never looked so smooth. The tile work in the bathroom is terrific. The moulding, shoe moulding, cabinet installation is wonderful.
