“I wish I could give Smile Partners a 10 Star Review, 5 is simply not enough. If you are worried or scared like I was to go to see them, don’t be you’ll be amazed like I still am!First, so that you understand and appreciate this review, I am incredibly afraid of both needles and especially Dentists. I haven’t been to a Dentist in over 25 years because of it. Because I had recently quit chewing tobacco after 37 years and hadn’t been to Dentist in so long, I knew my teeth were in bad shape.While traveling for business, one of my teeth became infected. The pain was so intense, if I could have, I would have removed it myself or at the very least, went to an Emergency Room. I searched on Google for an Emergency Dentist Office in my area, that is when I found Smile Partners. I called and they gave me an appointment the day after I came home.The day of my appointment, my wife went with me for support because of my fears. That is when I met everyone from the front office staff, Dentals Assistants and the Dentists. Immediately, their incredibly friendly personalities made me feel somewhat at ease. They were both kind and understanding, which greatly calmed my nerves. In the past, nurses have joked about my fears which made me feel even worse.When I was called to be examined, the Dental Assistants were very gentle knowing I was in pain and also afraid. Soon I met the Dentist who gave me a prescription for medication to clear up the infection and also a plan to help me get my oral hygiene back in order. As soon as I went to my pharmacy, my prescription was waiting which said that the Dentist immediately called them which is not the norm. That showed me she cared.After a few days, the infection was gone because of the medication and I was no longer in pain. I thought I was going to get my tooth pulled – yet another thing that scared me to death. In two quick follow up appointments, the Dentist Hygienist gave me advice on what to do to better take care of my teeth, scaled, cleaned and polished my teeth. Amazingly, I was done.Not one needle or needless procedure. They had my hygiene and health in my mind while treating me like family. I can not say enough how incredible everyone is there at Smile Partners. Because of everyone there, I am no longer afraid of Dentist, they have a client for life.
