He is truly an outstanding dentist: very knowledgeable and up to date; highly skilled and professional, great “chair side” manner … lets u know what he is doing and why; highly empathetic and cognizant of your comfort level. Quite personable and easy to talk to. Not hesitant to refer you to excellent “ specialists” i.e for oral surgery, root canals, etc. The office staff and assistants are most helpful, professional, and friendly. Over the years and many personal emergencies Dr Phillips has always come through. You will not find a Dentist and staff.“

“Everyone genuinely cares about you. Which is not common these days. You aren’t just a number here. Dr Carr goes above and beyond to make you comfortable if you are scared of dentists like me. Dr Carr wants you to have a positive experience. He makes sure you feel no pain and is actually concerned how you are doing during and after your visit. They are well worth the hour drive each way. His knowledge of immune deficiencies is extremely impressive. Even my infectious disease Dr was impressed by his knowledge and the precautions he takes. No better dentist in DE or MD. His staff is very friendly and extremely helpful also. They actually care about you too-which never has happened to me before. Anyone who sees Carr Family Dentistry will never be disappointed. I’ve never been in such a friendly dental office or Dr office.“

“Indian Falls DC is A++. Omgoodness the staff is above amazing. It starts with Janet who greets you with sunshine, Amanda, who takes all your information is bubbly and sweet. Brenda, my hygienist is so kind, she explains everything, and she is super thorough. Dr. Dave Is gracious, and calm, and so incredibly nice. I can’t say enough about the quality of the staff and service. I even got a call the next day from Brenda just checking on me……Major bonus points for Amanda and Brenda….. they sang to the music the entire time……….They were speaking my love language. ♥️“
