Brought in my old laptop a year ago to get repaired and got great service from guys who understanding of my situation. Had parts replaced and when I experienced new problems almost a year later my laptop was still under warranty and they diagnosed and fixed it's problems free of charge no questions asked. They care very much about their customers and the work they do.
