The store is overall fine, well staffed and inventory is somewhat accurate. My issue was with the Manager Kathy, I believe, and her understanding/enforcement of the Scanning Barcode Practice. I had a sale item that didn't scan at the sale price that was reflected on the shelf as-well. Unfortunately I hadn't noticed until I got to my car and looked at the receipt, there were a few people in line and wanted to be quick and get out of their way. Once I was back in at Customer Service, getting the price adjustment I had mentioned the $10 for the Scanning Practice and as soon as they realized I was just in the store and it's essentially a product that didn't scan at the right...read full review

If an employee is very obviously unfamiliar with a product, I don’t think they should be lying to customers and making stuff up. Especially when products and devices are so expensive.I had asked if any ARM Windows laptops were available and the employee asked what I meant. I explained that I was hoping to see laptops with Microsoft’s SQ chips. The employee went on their phone for a bit.Afterwards I was told that Microsoft only uses Intel chips (AMD exists though).I asked about the Surface Pro X since it was designed around the Snapdragon SQ chip. Bought 2 computers, geek squad transfer from old to new was not as promised. We had an issue with the BB membership. Was told one thing by the sales clerk and then another thing at the geek squad desk after we had purchased them.Another person at the desk was complaining about a similar issue. The clerk just stood there staring like a deer caught in headlights. Left after being terribly frustrated with no resolve.
