Sharon was super helpful, I came in for a simple adjustment and my experience was just great. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to deal with! Aside from the outstanding customer service- the total experience was great and the store was in really good shape :)
Fantastic service. Sharon is very professional and understands how to help pick out glasses that fit well and are functional. Dealing with such an authentic person made a tremendous difference in my experience of purchasing eyeglasses. I highly recommend this place.
I am visiting from out of province and had a mishap with my glasses, resulting in the lens falling out and a screw lost. The staff at Lenscrafter were very helpful and friendly! A really nice lady did a quick repair at no charge. A very pleasant experience. Thank you!
