I came into this store after my dental glasses broke and despite not being a patient here, the staff was very welcoming, eager to help, cheerful, and accommodating. I met the lovely optometrist and my glasses where fixed under 10 min. Great service and friendly staff. Thank you for the help!
This was my 1st visit to this location, as Portage Ave. location was a long date away to see Dr. Small. The Osborne location was very welcoming, the staff were very professional and extremely helpful and friendly. What a great experience! I was seen on time for my appointment and went through a variety of tests including a scan of my eyes before speaking to the optometrist. The optometrist , Dr. Madeleine Schuchardt, was very thorough in her explanations of my various eye issues and what I might do to improve those issues. I would recommend this optometrist and Eyes In The Village for friendly, comprehensive vision testing. I've been to many others in the city and found this experience to be the best by far!
