We woke up in the middle of the night to a septic back up and grey water in the basement so called the emergency line, went to voicemail but received a call back within 10 minutes and a service truck was in our driveway 20 minutes after that. Much more reliable than other companies with 24 hour help. They had come, fixed our problem, and left all before we even got a call back from any company in the area offering the same kind of help. Problem was fixed relatively quickly however unsure of the pricing as we have not received the invoice yet…but at the end of the day does that really matter when your basement is filling up with water? Especially grey water? Huge shoutout to Tanner for saving the day!“
