The service technicians did a great job replacing the old water heater. I was not impressed that the person who books the appointments has little or no knowledge of what will be required because of code changes for the job to be performed. Only the service technician had that knowledge when he arrived after a service fee is already in place $115.00 plus taxes so there was no advance information about an additional cost for a chimney liner $834.82 plus taxes. With that knowledge I would probably switched to electric instead of gas water heater.

Fantastic and quick service even though it was after hours and Rudy was very friendly. Thanks for getting our heat up and running quickly!Edited: Rudy was in for our annual water system checkup today and like always, was fantastic ? Always explains everything very well and is quite in depth in his inspection.
