“I've gone to Lilika Dog Grooming since we got our dog in March of 2022. The woman who works the front desk has contagious enthusiasm and is so pleasant, it's silly, but I always leave in a happy mood and knowing my dog is in good hands.The prices are reasonable, it's about $100 for my 80 pound Australian Cobberdog, and he comes out looking great and smelling great.I have no reason to ever go anywhere else and I see no reason anyone in Northborough should.“
“Absolute five stars all around! This is the only place I trust for our fur baby to be groomed. What sets Immaculate Pooch from other places is Nikki's interaction with him! Kobe has separation anxiety but Nikki handles that so well. She will come out & talk/play with him until he's comfortable before taking him away. It's come to a point now where Kobe will actually walk into the shop (this was before covid) whereas other times, he will run out the exist with all his might! They are always on time, they're amazing, & he always comes home looking handsome while smelling amazing. We love the feeling of assurance & trust when we come here!“

My old girl has sensitive hind quarters and she tends to be a little "grumble monster", but they are patient with her and do what they need to make it a comfortable, easy process for both parties involved. “Staff are super friendly and welcoming, as well as accommodating and informative! I came in as a first time client to get my dogs nails cut before our first child was born. I was thankfully able to get a last minute appointment with such ease! Once there, Michelle took the time to give me advice on how to introduce my pup to the new baby, and then gave my dog the most comfortable environment to get those nails cut (she is very resilient to getting her nails cut). She was able to do it fast and efficiently :)very happy with todays visit! And so is Maisy with her finally cut nails“
