Unlike other groomers Linda doesn't overbook where the dogs are sitting in the cage for hours on end or being there all day waiting their turn. Always has been 2-3 hours tops since I have been bringing her here. We love A Decked Out Pet! “Karen, the Owner, runs her small Wrentham business like a caring, warm, friendly and competent CEO! I've used her for regularly walking my 60-pound pit mix for almost two years now, and my daughter and a neighbor to me had her service for years before that. She ensures that at the end of every in-home visit a "Visit Card" is completed by the walker and left for the owner which details what transpired (pee, p**** treats, fresh water, package brought inside etc etc) along with a written comment about how things went. Every single time! She has faithful, long-term walkers who are all friendly, mature, responsible, energetic and genuine dog lovers. I shared a house code with Karen from the beginning to give the walkers access and have zero trust issues or problems during that time. The door has never been left unlocked. Karen is 100% reliable - has never cancelled on me or been late. She is quick to respond to emails and text messages and provides an actual invoice by email every week (which I pay via Venmo). “Our dog Minnie has been attending daycare 3x per week for about a year now, and I am so, so, so happy with everything about NPC! The pick-up and drop off service is really convenient, especially for families with busy schedules and/or young kids, like ours. Minnie always comes back from daycare happy and exhausted! We have also used NPC's boarding services for anywhere from 1 night to several weeks at a time. I have never once worried about her care or wellbeing while she is staying at NPC. The owners are incredibly kind, caring people who treat Minnie like she is their own dog. Absolutely no cold, lonely cages like most boarding places use. Instead, Minnie gets to be comfortable on the couch with her second family while we are away. NPC really treats all of their customers and their pets as family; I feel very lucky to have a service like theirs in the neighborhood! NPC has been an absolute godsend during busy or stressful times for my family (the birth of my son, or my cross-country travels due to my mom's cancer diagnosis) -- my dog receiving high quality, reliable care is a given, because we know that NPC is there to help.“
