They were very accommodating when I called for a same day appointment, had all of their colors on fake nails which makes it easier to see how it will look, and the technician was very nice and thorough.<br><br>The salon itself was very clean and comfortable and beautifully set up. While I was there, a lot of customers came in without an appointment and they were all taken care of with no problem.
