I a few years ago had the pleasure of getting an appointment at Elite with Gino when Christina was not working that particular day I could not believe what an incredible job Gino did with not only my hairstyle but my color. I went to Rachel M for the first time, after my last stylist closed her salon. I’ve been getting highlights for 25 years and this is the best look I’ve had in a LONG time. Rachel took her time giving me a lot of very fine highlights (not chunky) and the color was blended perfectly- I have a lot of hair, very long, and my coloring can be super time consuming. I’m someone who prefers natural vs chunky color and I couldn’t be happier. Rachel was also super sweet and fun to chat with. She definitely cares about her clients and quality of work. I’d absolutely recommend. Salon itself was welcoming, clean and comfortable.

Gino is a miracle worker who rescued my hair after a disaster at another salon. He did so with kindness and professionalism, staying after closing to patiently work with my hair. I have been to many Newbury St. and other high end salons and never experienced this caliber of customer service.
