I found TechToucan while frantically looking for someone local who could fix my screwed up business emails that had gotten so bad I was missing client e mails. So I called, emailed and Honorius returned my call wlthin an hour. He offered to make a housecall (!) a few hours later. He arrived, set himself up with my computer and my husband; and immediately began to work on my emails my server, my site hosts and by the time he finished 4 hours later, everything computer or internet dependent had been streamlined and worked perfectly. Honorius went WAY beyond my expectations..He texted the following morning just to check in, then called my husband (we have a business together) and walked him through a few new functions. Honorius embodies service. Any computer related issue sends me into a panic attack, and Honorius’ confident, calm demeanor instantly put my fears to rest. This is true concierge service. And the cost? A fraction of what I had expected. Just now I referred Honorius to ny my best friend. If you have computer chaos or any phone/ computer issue, TechToucan shoukd ve your go to.
All too often, customer service is promised, and seldom delivered. Joe and Lauren are an exception. They were patient, knowledgeable, timely in responding to all of our questions and concerns, and very kind and compassionate . My family and I are very grateful to have them helping us during a very difficult time.

Steve Nugents karate Institute has 2 main karate schools or called "dojos", this one in Winchester and the main one on Cambridge Street in Burlington, Mass. They structure their programs around safety and awareness, overall respect, and good basic karate self defense skills. Their instructors led by Grandmaster Nugent are super trained, even in first aid and cpr, which I thought was excellent. They are super passionate and attentive toward their student and actually are quite caring, which I have never found in my searching for quality karate schools. Definitely check them out... I am very impressed !

I started going here almost a decade ago on a recommendation from a friend. Since that time, I have had a chance to get to know the owner well. He takes great pride in his work and wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. He never pushes you into something you don't need or that might not suit you. Lastly, he stands by his work. Are you having a problem with your glasses? Swing by and he'll fix them. Are they slipping off you face after months of wear? He'll adjust them for free.
Jerry Clancy and his son Brad are by far the most knowledgeable people I've ever dealt with in the trades. They are courteous and prompt in communicating with you. I had a 23 year old wall unit that was on its last legs. Jerry wanted pictures of the unit, model and make, the receptacle and plug configuration, and the exact measurements of the existing unit. The price was extremely fair and the recommendations were spot on. The carpenter Colm and his helper Mauricio were on time, professional, efficient, and left the work area in immaculate condition. If you're tired of the customary run around, do yourself a big favor. Call these guys. You will not be disappointed. Oh, I almost forgot. He sent rebate forms for $220 on the Friedrich unit and a $40 rebate from MassSave. You just can't beat that.

For about 16 years, Dr. Andrea has treated me. She has healed my back every single time. She is genius, skilled, kind, caring, intuitive, funny. Just the best. I highly recommend working with her.
My daughter has danced at Ballet Arts Center for over 10 years. It has not only been transformative to her as a dancer, but how she carries herself in and out of the studio. She has gained confidence, discipline, grace and wonderful friendships and community. The Ballet Arts Center Director and staff are talented and draw from multi disciplinary dance backgrounds and experiences. The approach to classes and shows are professional and top notch. I recently used Clipco for install of my irrigation system. From start to finish the owner, Cliff, was one of the most responsive people I've ever dealt with for work on my property. You can tell he's really knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions on the process. He was able to schedule me in quickly and his team showed up at 8 am on the day of. Really nice guys and very hard workers. This whole process felt seamless and I'm really happy I chose to work with Clipco. Based on this experience I already plan to use them for some additional lawn care services in the Fall.

Not many people like giving perms to women with long hair. We saw Jessica. She is so nice. She gave my daughter's and myself a hair cut with appointments To go back for perms. The fun between Jessica and Rosina is hilarious. It makes you feel very welcome. We have definitely found our hair stylist. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed by all efforts Karen and her professional team made to help with their students also the resilience the team is demonstrating during the pandemic.
Joe is an awesome barber. I needed a quick touch up before my first day of work and Joe fit me in on short notice (literally 5 minutes notice). Haircut took about 25-30 minutes and Joe was incredibly detailed with his cut. It was honestly the best haircut that I have had in years. Appointments are easy to get. Once there the wait time is minimal. They staff is knowledgeable and efficient.
Fairly quick turnaround, reasonable prices and generally decent service, with a few exceptions. Quality is not always top notch, so check your items carefully when you get them back to look for staining or shrinkage. Not our go-to cleaner anymore due to service, but grateful for the work they've done for us in the past.

Carmen and his team was amazing! We needed a fence to keep our little pup in the yard & give her freedom to run outside during the day while working. The quote was fair and the work was done quickly & of high quality. Carmen was constantly in contact with us. From signing the contract to the fence install took about a week and a half.
