“I went there today on a whim because my glasses broke and I have trifocals, so I can’t see anything without them!!, They were not the company I purchased my glasses from!!! There was no reason for them to fix them!!! They could have told me to go to where I purchased them but with no questions asked, they fixed my glasses, with no problems and they didn’t charge me!! I will be going to them from now on, that is the personal care that I want from an optometrist!!! They make me feel welcomed right from the start when I walked in, and I’ve been to a lot of eye doctors, and I’ve never had the treatment like this when I walked in there!! I can’t give them enough praises for everything that they did for me today!!! I will be calling them in the morning to get an appointment for my eyes checked and new glasses!!!!“

“I recently went to Monson optical for a routine checkup. This Doctor was on point. Knew why I was getting headaches and everything prescribed me my prescription for my glasses and I feel wonderful. “Customer service at this local small business is exceptional! I definitely recommend anyone to come here for all their optical needs and service. My toddler rolled over on my eye glasses and broke a temple. My glasses were from overseas so I wouldn’t be able to contact the manufacturer/ company. I went to another optical office and was told they didn’t have the right replacement part to fix it. I thought I’d have to get brand new eye glasses. But, I stopped by Edmund’s Opticians one morning to see if they could help me with my eye glass repair. The owner was so extremely nice. “This was my son & I’s first visit after an insurance change left us with limited eye Dr options after a lifetime with the same eye Dr. I was worried because of the bad reviews. The girl who helped us check in and did our in-take was AMAZING. KC I think her name is. (I hope I’m right.) Green glasses. She was a gem in a world full of awful customer service. Just so personable, knowledgeable, kind to my son who was very nervous, helpful. You name it. The absolute best. The eye Dr was also wonderful. She took her time I felt & answered all my questions.
