My son, 7, joined this summer and even though he usually has trouble staying engaged and following directions in summer camps, at FKC he's having fun, learning to pay attention by choice, and looks forward to his training sessions. The trainers are amazing at keeping the practices structured yet always different, always new in some way. There is a lot of support for anyone struggling or unsure of what to do, a very friendly and welcoming community of mentors and students alike. After watching my son's lessons and progress I decided to join myself and am finding it a very meaningful experience of personal growth and physical fitness, and am happy to enjoy it as a family journey.
