Someone just said it well before me. Love the gym hours , the staff but the corporate policies in place are mostly focused on making money. Nothing is wrong with making money as this is the business but not at the cost of long term loyal customers who have been paying memberships on a regular basis since the gym opened.
Two examples from today’s visit, arrived to the kids pool with my 5 year old who loves the mushroom waterfall - could not be turned on because of the private sessions . No, just no. I’ve been to this gym for over seven years with my dad, and I don’t know why he still goes here. First off for little children, my 9 year old child was swimming in the lap pool, and the lifeguard kicked him out, even though he was actually doing laps. Wow! Just why, it’s not like he’s playing in it. As well as the membership, my dad’s never told me how much he pays for the membership, but I searched it up and it said. 250.
