I appreciate their knowledge, patience, encouragement, willingness to work with each student to modify workouts if needed, constant advice, and steadfast dedication to what they do.
Coach Tiffany’s nutrition group has been wonderful and staying on point with it has made my body feel so good! This along with the workouts 5 days/week have truly helped my body be healthiest it’s been so far. In addition, Coach Tiffany is so wonderful at really giving students that special attention to make sure we are training correctly. She’s loving but tough!
Coach Zach is the one I spend the most time with as I go to 3 of his classes her week and they are awesome! He’s very encouraging and helps me through difficult moments during the workouts, which I truly appreciate. He’s knowledgeable and makes sure that we are each doing our best. His positive attitude is contagious and gets us through the workouts!
Last, but certainly not least, thank you to Coach Peter for being so accepting of how we all show up to class, I value that very much. Thank you for sharing your knowledge (with your emails!) and really showing a high level of care for all your students. And your Jordan is the icing on the cake!
The group classes are small and while each Coach brings his/her own personality and style to the training, they complement each other very well. The feeling I get after I am done with each class is what keeps me coming back!

The coaches in Burlington are all super supportive, focus on proper technique, and are very encouraging when you need it. Awesome to work with.The facility is exceptionally clean throughout (including showers and restrooms) and the owner Layla is Fantastic!!I’m a month in and although it’s one of the toughest workouts I can remember (from my athletic days 25+ years ago), I somehow crawl out thinking it was fun (an impossible word for me with traditional workout gyms). The beauty of the program is it’s so fast paced and varied that you couldn’t possibly get bored, as the variety really helps maintain your effort levels. You start at your own pace, and will continue building yourself at whatever pace you choose. You’re fully supported no matter your condition levels, just bring a positive attitude.Finally - this is purely a no judgement zone consisting of a hundred backgrounds and experience levels. If you have time to look at (never mind judge) someone else, you’re not working hard enough or doing it properly.It’s an incredible group, the coaches will push, and you’ll walk out feeling accomplished every single time.“

I had been to other chiropractors who wanted me to come in three times a week for a long time and nothing helped. This crew fixes you up as quickly as possible and sends you on your way, most frequently one visit will do it. I play a lot of racquet sports and am in my sixties, and often overuse and find myself in pain. But I’m never worried because I know I’m in good hands with Dr Lauren and Dr Ken.“

She has helped me strengthen specific muscle groups which has resolved my knee and lower back pain. She has extensive knowledge of anatomy and exercises. She helps me correct my positioning so that I get the best workouts possible. She is always able to adapt exercises to accommodate my body and has put together a training program for me that I can easily continue at home. Laura is so kind and she makes exercising fun!
