“Attended my first ever Hot Yoga class here with Sarah as the instructor and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The instructor's guidance was both encouraging and informative, ensuring everyone felt included regardless of their skill level. The heat added an extra layer of intensity to the practice, just what we were all there for, allowing for deeper stretches and a truly invigorating experience. I left feeling rejuvenated and already looking forward to my next session. Highly recommend this studio for anyone looking for a well-organized and welcoming hot yoga class! Only downside - it was a bit more crowded than I was expecting, so I do recommend getting there early (unlike I did). Goes to show they do a good job and are popular though! Well done. I will go back.“
