Attended my first ever Hot Yoga class here with Sarah as the instructor and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The instructor's guidance was both encouraging and informative, ensuring everyone felt included regardless of their skill level. The heat added an extra layer of intensity to the practice, just what we were all there for, allowing for deeper stretches and a truly invigorating experience. One of the best studios in the area. Good selection of classes and times daily. Teachers are friendly and helpful. Hottest, hot yoga classes around. They take cash and cards now. Still the best deal in the area. Definitely worth a try and drop ins are always welcome.

I took a Tuesday night Hot Yoga class while in town and it was perfect! Not too difficult, time flew by, and it was a good mix of stretching and flowing. We didn't know they are a cash only studio, so come prepared! They were nice enough to let us take the class for free even though we had no way to pay them. Super kind people and the regulars seem genuinely happy with their every experience.
