My garbage disposal stopped working I could not use it or the dishwasher. I had heard good things about Tom so tried him. He got back to me very quickly which I was pleasantly surprised about. He fit me in his schedule for the day which I greatly appreciated! He fixed the issue and charged me a fair price. I had several some jobs that needed to be done quickly. Despite each small job becoming a larger job, everything was completed within the orginal time period discussed. Excellent value for the professional job done. Was very knowledgeable about my buildings shared water pipes and was able to work around some issues within my building. This type of knowledge only comes with experience.

Tom did an excellent job installing a new on-demand water heater in my new place. He gave great suggestions about what equipment to use, where to put the unit and how to clean up some of the existing gas and water pipework, all at an honest price. The whole installation process went quickly and according to schedule, and Tom was available to answer any questions along the way or follow-up about the Mass Save rebate program after. His business, ASAP, will be my go-to for future plumbing work!
