I emailed Deb from the main office and and received a reply to contact her. After a few days passed , Deb called me following up with my concern . . .this is impressive most company will wait for the call. Although marginal on the warranty, Len Gibely Contracting removed and reinstalled the existing gutter correcting the pitch, and also made some adjustments to another piece in the back of my house to improve drainage. DiChiara & Sons, did the design for the kitchen renovation at our first home about 10 years ago and had done such a great job that when we decided to do our kitchen over at our new house, we'd have him provide a bid.Mike's design WOW'd us (especially my wife) and his price was very reasonable (unlike some of the other quotes we got from other designers).So that was the planning stage, but what about implementation?Well, the lead contractor throughout the job, Bill, was amazing. He was in full communication with Mike, his assistants and with me. “This review is long overdue. Richard Reed is the owner of North Shoe Tile and Marble Co. Way back in 2014 he replaced the tile of our entire first floor at our home in N.Reading. He demo’d the old floors and completed everything in a week and a half. It looked great then, and still looks great. We couldn’t have been more satisfied.Now fast forward to 2020. Finally time to redo all the tile in our master bath.He ripped out original fiberglass shower unit, and redid the whole thing in tile. Also re-tiled bath floors and tub surround.
