“My children have been attending classes with Shihan/Master Instructor Eric for more than 2 years. He is able to get kids who don’t enjoy sports to participate in class, which is the test of a good instructor. Shihan Eric is very attentive, gives specific instructions, and approaches children in a calm and friendly but no non-sense manner.Students earn physical games at the end of class that focus on skills needed to progress in martial arts (agility, speed, coordination, etc).“
“My husband wanted to get fit as the pandemic was ending, so he joined Heroes Fitness: a welcoming, modern gym filled with friendly, outgoing trainers and the latest types of equipment.
