I have been doing Pilates with Nina for several years (and Pilates in general for almost 20). As a 55 year-old, tall man, with perennially tight hamstrings, Pilates has been life changing and Nina is one of the best instructors I’ve had. She is classically trained, but not so rigid as to be doctrinaire in her approach. She has experimented with different techniques to help me improve my core strength and overall flexibility, with great results. Her home studio is well equipped, private, and spotless/hygienic (a real plus these days!). I have convinced my wife, and friends (some experienced, some new to Pilates) to train with Nina. Everyone concurs - Nina is great!

Syntropy Pilates (aka Nina's studio) is great! I have been training with Nina for several years and she is an excellent Pilates instructor. Classically trained, she is flexible enough to meet my needs as a tall, tight, middle-aged man. She also (separately) trains my wife, who is an advanced practitioner as well as a good friend, who is new to Pilates. We all think she's great. Oftentimes doing Pilates in a home studio feels like you're getting short-changed on equipment. Not here. Nina's Pilates Studio is well equipped (Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, Barrel, Stall Bar, mats, etc.) It's also private, spotless and hygienic (a real plus these days!) Highly recommend!
